Ginger ice cream anyone?
I got the recipe from The Kitchn: How To Make No-Cook, No-Churn, 2-Ingredient Ice Cream
The recipe asks for 2 ingredients and the science behind it was well explained by The Kitchn. I added the third ingredient – GINGER. Finely grated, finely chopped ginger and ginger juice (about 30 ml / 2tbsp). Basically, I’ve tasted it and add more ginger if needed.
Stir Ginger into the condensed milk and add 1/4 of the heavy cream into the condensed milk to lighten it
Place in freezer overnight… TADA~ Ginger Ice Cream!
